Cancellation Policy

Order can be canceled any time before shipping. However, cancellation is not permitted after the item is shipped. In that case, the buyer has to opt return request after delivery. Please go through the return policy for more details.

The reasons include restrictions/limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product, pricing and stock information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

Revocation of order after charging your debit or credit card or Net Banking for an Order will require crediting the amount to the respective credit or debit account or Net Banking account.

We do our best to fulfill all orders that are placed. Please keep in mind that there could be certain orders we are not able to fulfill and therefore have to be cancelled.

Cancellation of the Customer by the Customer:

You can cancel an order prior to the time it is packed in our warehouse. But, we cannot cancel an order once it’s handled (shipped) through us. The final decision about the condition of the order in regards to its processing or otherwise rests with Ynz and its decision will be final. The customer agrees not to dispute with the decision made by Ynz and agrees to accept the Ynz decision regarding cancellation. Any money paid will be returned in the same manner that was selected by you to pay.
